It is coumpletely wrong and unsafe for these kids to have *** at this age. But it's obviously a crisis there. Somehow I doubt that the school district where this is happening will fail to restructure the curriculum to include *** ed earlier in the school career. Quite frankly, eight grade is not early enough in today's world.

This could all be solved if people needed a liscense to raise kids. If they don't pass, the kid goes up for adoption by a non-idiot

Keeping the parents out of the loop only further encourages kids to have ***. The schools are just telling them 'It's okay to have ***. It's so okay, that we won't even tell your parents!'

Next, they'll prolly start giving the kids pot and meth to try.

That's the main problem here I think. If the parents actually care about the kids, and this pre-teen *** is happening out of ignorance rather than negligence, then they need to be given every chance o put their kids back on the right path

The fact that the school has had to resort to that is a sad, sad thing. But if statistics say teens are having *** younger and teen pregnancies are on the rise, then obviously parents arent doing their job, so I guess this is like a last resort.

The fact that parents dont have the right to know about this, however, is completely wrong and absurd IMO. Maybe if parents knew this was going on at school, they would come to realize it is their responsibility to instill morals and values into their children, instead of putting themselves over their kids and providing no guidance whatsoever.

I think it sounds like something that has to be done. The kids are definitly having *** at a younger age these days. I remember reading about rainbow parties (think thats what they were called) about two years ago and it blew me away. Though I think it is way too young for children to be having ***, they are and something has to be done. I do however think the parents should know

So if an 11 year girl goes to the school nurse and says "hey I'm fukin' but i dont want the preggers or teh super-aids. Hook a sista up with a rubber" the safe and responsible thing to do is to lecture her and tell her not to have ***?

Seems like an inadequate response to a huge problem. Giving them some protection and a little information to avoid some of the negative consequences of *** also seems inadequate, but less so than an unrealistic lecture.

Last time I checked the only measurable difference between races that I had heard of what the black men, on average, had slightly higher testosterone levels (3 - 19%) than white men. Which is also observable in many athletic fields where black men dominate, again, on average.
Notice I specified average since if you watch things like Worlds Strongest Man it's mostly white men -- usually eastern European monsters. But then, body building is mostly black men these days. Which I believe there is also a higher average of fast twitch fibers in black men vs. more slow twitch in white men (power vs. impressive looking / fast). And still... that is only on average... Ronnie Coleman is a top black body-builder who is also ridiculously strong compared to any other body-builder that I know of (not at the level of a true power lifter, but still VERY strong for a BBer).

Pretty interesting... but has nothing to do with intelligence. I know plenty of smart black people -- the disparity has everything to do w/ society.
