Wrong to the nth degree. I will guarantee you that you did things that your parents told you were wrong, kids do it all the time. They tell you not to watch a certain TV show, guess what, you do it because its forbidden. You are also a moron if you think this is not already happening. They aren't making the kids have ***, they're just giving the ones having *** a safe way to do so.

Yet at the same time, theyre only encouraging and glorifying *** amongst these children when they SHOULD be sending the message that it is wrong at this age, etc., etc.... Not handing out condoms and birth control.

A child is not going to know the difference. They will take this insane message that these bastards are sending them and see it as an ok to have ***.

Its up to the parents and guardians to do that and to educate their children in the realm of ***.

First off, this shit is ALREADY happening. The people who neglect their kids enough that they actually have *** that young aren't the ones making the decision. There is obviously a problem with teenage pregnancies that the parents aren't doing anything about. The schools can't raise the kids for the parents, but they can try to prevent a pregnancy that could further lessen the kid's chance at a successful life. It's a bandaid, nothing more. Hopefully some of thesekids will make it through school, out of the crappy neighborhoods where this shit happens, and maybe raise THEIR kids right.

As for the hormones thing, if is a girl is old enough to mensruate (I.E. old enough to get pregnant), then the hormone levels are at roughly the same as like a 14 year old. As long as their puberty is progressing steadily instead of the wierd jumps that happen at the beginning, there shouldn't be any problems. The 11-year olds that get this are going to be the "early bloomers". Like the girl at my school who came back for 7th grade after summer with friggin d cups.

Bottom line: it's retarded, but it's necessary
