I have this Pioneer unit that was designed to plug into others,I have a USB,marine remote and a XM receiver and was wondering if a Bluetooth adapter was ever made. I almost threw out this stereo untill I seen the other units and it was removed to get Bluetooth.

For the Pioneer DEH-P2900MP, a Bluetooth adapter was indeed available. Pioneer offered several Bluetooth adapters that could be used with their older head units. One common option for this model is the Pioneer CD-BTB200 Bluetooth Adapter.

You can check online retailers or electronics stores for availability, as they might be hard to find since the model is older. Additionally, if you already have a USB input, you might consider using a Bluetooth receiver that connects via USB, allowing you to stream audio through the head unit.

Thanks for the info and maybe this system will live on in another car again,If I knew a adapter was made it might still be in my convertible.I will look into the one that goes in the USB port.
