Why is this guy voltage not droping???

I am not lying i wish can post a video on realmofexcursion if i can i will show you i gotta get in touch with him again......well i had 2 bx1500 in my mazda 626 with a yellow top in the trunk and one under the hood my light never dim and my volts was 12-14volts no lower.....but he has all that other stuff tv etc...so i was kinda like ****
