Voltage ⚡ drop

Check the voltage at the alternator when your voltage drops. If the voltage is still up, you have wiring problems. You may need a dedicated ground cable from the engine block or alternator bracket to the rear battery bank.

Sounds like a current choke, I'm not there but is everything grounded to a fare thee well? Stand alone current may need dedicated grounds from the alt case to frame then from the rear batteries to the same frame. Electrical needs a path to work...

Battery to frame, in back and up front. The amout of wire I've thrown at the same problem makes my wallet cringe. Dual output lugs on the alt just makes excessive wire more needed imo. Fyi... thats a Jp63 setup above done by someone who doesn't do it twice. 3 runs of 2/0 from the alt to the battery delete with excessive wiring in back (cmaxx in the rear) and what you see is a battery delete. Playing with power and doing it right is baller territory. The piece de resistance...

Imo a jp63 needs a ton of electrical having a 600a draw on paper. Above you see 3 runs of 2/0 to the battery delete. I wonder what's clinging to the frame on the run back from there. I started a thread about this build but I'm just a fly on the wall. I suppose we'll see.

This was a legit 3K setup so take a look and draw your own conclusions...
