Get in your VW Bug, go to Starbucks, watch that Al Gore documentary, and shut the **** up.
Edit: What are the response times on those screens?
Starbucks near me is too bitter, bugs are queer unless it's a baja, but I DID invent the interwebz!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

20" iMac G5 2.1GHz with iSight, and a 13"Macbook 1.83GHz Core Duo. I win! Apple is greater than PC any day!
You're running the same hardware as a PC, but with an ***-***** hack job UNIX-like operating that cost you thousands more than a machine with equal hardware and an ***-***** hack job Windows operating system. Way to go.

If you want to boast about your computer based on operating system alone, I've got an AMD K6 233mhz machine that runs a Live CD of **** Small Linux 3.2. It is physically impossible for it to get a virus, worm, trojan, backdoor, phisher, or phreaker that will survive a reboot. Let me think... the last "RM my mac" expo, where Mac users boast about how impervious their OS is, lasted about 60 seconds. After that someone got sudo'd, lost a few key OS files, and it was over. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I got a mac powerbook g4..an a gateway from like 1993. soon as i buy my new car im gonna get a minimac theyre neat.
At least get the version with a gig of ram or higher. A lot of the reviews I saw when they came out said 512 megs just didn't cut it.

I'm running the G5, so definitely not running PC hardware. And I'd rather run OSX over Whinedoze any day of the week. As for the Mac Mini, definitely get at least a gig installed when you buy. OSX runs pretty sluggish on only 512, and the Mini is a biatch to open up to install your own memory. Once we get our new DLP tv, we're gonna get a Mini for the living room. Mac Mini+60" 1080p DLP+bluetooth keyboard/mighty mouse+airport extreme=FUN!!

My mistake. I saw Core Duo on the laptop, which is definitely PC hardware.

PS: Your gaming setup sounds like the one I have with a GCN. Shame that Mac Mini doesn't have more games.

The only thing bad about that server, is that it would **** for anything I'd use it for. Now, throw in two 8800GTXs in SLI...

And my 3DMark06 score: 5074 @ 1280x1024

Proof 1

Proof 2

Big images, I don't have PS CS2 installed yet (I'm lazy), but that was before the patch, the old version. I'm downloading the patch right now though so I can send it to the website...

is sli really worth it? when i built my computer a couple months ago, i maid sure everything was sli compatible, but i've read that sli is just a waste of money. any opinions?
I don't understand how it could be a waste of money. Where exactly did you read that? Just run a program like 3dmark.... Use one card, then use two. If you scores improve to a point that makes you happy you bought another card, then it wasn't a waste of money. In my case, I practically got two 7600gt's for the price of one. I feel it was worth it.
