I just brought it into my dorm. At my house everything was 2-3 degrees cooler. Our dorm is burning up. I'm pretty much sweating.

For 05, believable, but not for 06 ...

Yeah, I meant 05. I thought I had the 06 version.. I score under 2000 on 06. I could probably get a better score If I reboot, defrag and tweak the card a little but I haven't gamed on this pc in a long time.

i'm thinking of upgrading the fans in the case, just because the stock cpu fan for my am2 4200 idles at like 3500rpms, and it gets pretty loud and annoying. i'm checking newegg out right now, but what cpu fans have you all used that are quiet?

I bet I've built the most ballin computer here thanks to my job. I operate on Pentium 3 power most of the time though. No point in super high processing speeds and tons of ram and fancy mother boards for playing music, sufing the web, and word processing.

when my 1.2ghz computer died, i went back to using a 333 with an, oddly enough, 3 gb hard drive for years.
