first off the alpine doesnt belong in that list, its an sql woofer not spl like the others. as far as the other 2, i hear people talk down on the T2 but praise the 9500. there are some opinions

well in your case yes. you could probably get 2 ssd 18s fully loaded for that much, but as far as other 18s you SOL, 600 is not alot of money for 4 15s thats only 150 apiece, not goin to get a great 15 for that much. an why the hell did you post in this thread???
