Which sub hits harder?

I have a 10" Kicker CVX 4ohm and I found a deal on 2 Diamond D3 10's for $120. I currently have the Diamond D6 1000.1 amp wired at 2 ohms to the Kicker.

Should I snag these and sell the kicker and then wire the diamonds down to a 1 ohm load? Or stay with the Kicker?

d3's will hit harder due to more surface area and more power, as clean idk never heard diamond d3's heard they like ported boxes only

Im pushed for mounting depth so it will probably be a tight fit but its a long ported behind the seat probox.

Diamond! I'd choose one d3 over one cvx. The cvx might hit tighter on

the high frequency, but the diamond kill the low notes.

Sensitivity: 89.0 we don't know if the sens is measured at 1/1w. second off freq response doesn't tell the range of a sub we need fs and im telling u by experience the cvx doesn't get low, i have had songs where whole low notes wouldn't play in 3 diff boxes and swapped se's in and they played fine. also in all 3 boxes both cvx's had a weird pinging noise i hated.

my cvx's get VERY LOW...theyre on 1200w in a 2.4 cu, tuned to 34hz...dont ever say they dont get low...they do for inexpensive 10s
