Edit:

New option add 2-4 more type R 12s and probably the Hifoincs still at least for awhile. That would put me at 4-6 type r 12s

I vote better amp and little lesser subs with more cone area. Should sound much better as a DD

I would do HDC318, and instead of buying a bigger amp, you can just double your system.

Not sure how to edit a poll but this is a new addition.

Add more Type R 12s right now I have 2 but they are pretty cheap so I could add probably 2-4 and run them on the AudioQue 2200D so there would be a total of 4-6 12s

Good daily, handle a little over 2000 rms a piece, will take constant beating, just an all around great sub I guess for cheap. I figured I could get like 2 15-18" DC Level 4 XL's and run them on my 1000 watt amp for a little while till I can get the funds for a bigger amp

if you have room for an 18" btl or lvl 5 then you have room for 2 15's. having said that i would do 2 15" subs that will work well on 1000 rms (type r, fi q, re sx, fi ssd or similar, tons of options) on an aq 2200

So I want to use my M1000 for awhile at least until I have the money for an amp that will do around 4k rms but I want to get the subs so I want to get subs that will handle a little more than 2 k a piece so I was thinking since I am keeping my amp I will have more money to spend on subs so I think i'm going to do 2 15" DC level 4 XL's
