Suggestions on a ~300 Watts RMS sub...

I need some help on making a decision for my wife's 2003 Honda Accord. She is looking for a 12" sealed D4 or S2 ohm sub. She has a 5 channel class D amp that is rated at 300 Watts RMS at 2 ohm mono. So far she is thinking about:

Kappa 120.9w

Kicker CVR12D4

Budget about >$150ish...
