So you're saying level 5's can't play lows? Care to explain? Cause there are tons of people that use level 5's on music daily.
What's to explain? You chose a sub, that even for SPL subs, doesn't sound very good. And then put it in a low tuned box. Pretty self explanatory really.

Good luck with your system.

Level 5's sound like ***, even for an SPL sub. Is that blunt enough for you?
Good luck with your setup.
What was the setup you had the lvl 5's in? Just curious cause your the first person I've heard say the lvl 5's sound like azz. They are extremely sensitive to music and have a nice smooth deep bass response.

im telling you straight up go with the crossfire xsv2 i got 2 walled in my mustang and they are beast they take a shit on my old 9515gs i got a DD z2 on them now and about to throw a AQ20k on them. The guy i bought them from had 4 of them on 4 stetsom 14k2d if that gives you an idea of the power handling of these subs

thats the 4" coil right.I want one so bad.

Nothing. If you want to buy an SPL sub, then place it in an SQ/SQL enclosure and pretend it sounds as good as a true SQL driver (LMS, Gti, IDMax, etc), knock yourself out.

edit: Just noticed the $150 price tag. Good buy, I wouldn't have passed it up either. I just dont agree with people buying serious SPL subs and then pretending they are going for SQ. If MT's, SoloX's and lvl5's had the potential to sound so good, why would manufacturers bother building true 'SQ' subs? Apparently they have the capability to build a single design that handles all situations.

Im not even the first person to say it in this thread.

I have ran every woofer in your poll accept the psi level2 in a 15" model, I must say thats a very solid list! The dc level 5 is a beast but leaves alot to be desired in terms of SQ!!!!!
