Which 12" Sub, Mustang

hey everyone, im almost done with my system.

now the only thing left to do is choose and install a sub(s)

setup

i plan on running a Rockford Fosgate T2001BD Mono amp, so power is no problem.

i found one with a birth sheet that shows almost 2576 at 1ohm

i have about no more than 3 cu/ft ported, and tuned to 32

i would like to keep the as small as possible, as this is a mustang trunk, so its small

the mustang is a 2002 mustang gt coupe, yellow

i was looking at running either 1 RE SX 12 ported at wither 2@32 or 2.25@32

or either running 2 RE SE sealed with 1.33 per chamber before displacment

the electrical is up to par, so power is no problem

the question is, is this a good setup, or is there something better with the amount of power and size f box, for what im going for

music: anything(very wide spectrum)

You need what I have a neo Critical Mass UL 12...It don't weigh a ton and works in a small 1.4 cu. ft box and can take 2500 watts daily plus with ease...One of the best subs made //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

What about a couple Kicker CVX's? Those should suffice in a sealed enclosure and sound really good with that amp. I have heard a couple one woofer CVX's off 1000rms and under and sounded awesome. Is what is in my room waiting for me to install. Just with the new amps, deadner, sub and what not, will have to wait till it warms up.

did you build the box for your car? If not how much did it cost?

i say the kicker cvx 12's, they are very loud

If you are on a budget I would go with a single audioque hdc3 12 in a ported enclosure built into the trunk (amp rack must go if mach audio system is present) you should be able to get massive bass with a 3-3.2 cube enclosure
