Dude, Your in FL! Dont you remember the stand your ground act? You are protected in any case where an agressor is on your property and you are authorized to use deadly force...if need be. If he shows up, dont use aggressive lanuage. Tell him to leave and that the cops were called. If he even comes near you, lay him out, plain and simple.

Absolutely correct (seeing as I hold a FL CCW myself I will assume the class I had to take was the same as or at least very similar to the one j3bus2k3 had to sit through)

Additionally if a large group (though just the ex and her current don't qualify as a large group) is on your property refusing to leave you can use deadly force on the grounds of fearing "mob violence."
