What would you guys do?

5$ + 5$ + 5$ + 5$ = 20 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I buy for 5$ so he is +5$. He gives 5$ to bipolar ***** so he is now at 0$. Gets rid of her and buys h/u back from me for 5$. so he is only -5$ in the end.

Well not even that. I've been taught in my CCW classes that you can fire at anyone using agressive force with anything that can cause substantial bodily harm...screwdriver, box cutter, steak knive, etc. Guess that adage(sp?) of dont bring a knife to a gunfight is more true than ever.
x2!!! if he comes to your house and shows any kind of aggresive behavior towards you, lay his *** out on your front lawn right then and there, then if the bi polar chick starts saying anything lay her *** out right next to him.

Absolutely correct (seeing as I hold a FL CCW myself I will assume the class I had to take was the same as or at least very similar to the one j3bus2k3 had to sit through)
Additionally if a large group (though just the ex and her current don't qualify as a large group) is on your property refusing to leave you can use deadly force on the grounds of fearing "mob violence."
Dude, your friggin awesome, lol. /story

FL is a "shall issue" state in regards to the CCW and their CCW is recognized by 3 states that the LA CCW is not. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

So, overall it made more sense (as the fees were comparable) to get a non-resident FL permit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

NICE, I didnt know that! Where else is it valid?

I could shoot him. But that would be a waste of a shotgun shell. Those 3.5 inch 000 buckshot isnt cheap. LOL. I think I would rather lay him out cold on the front lawn. Unless he comes at me with a weapon.

That's what i'm talking about. You see that the laws protect you on basically ANY ACCOUNT if it's on your property. All you have to do is nicely get him to come far enough inside your property line that you can knock him unconscious without him getting out....it's more fun than kicking possum or cow tipping. You can literally get away with just about anything on your own property in AL or FL. Hook 'em, reel 'em in and lay 'em out! F-it, fillet 'em too, there is probably some Dahmer Protection Act "if it's on your property" in FL.

No but really, you know that she'll either mess up your truck or have someone do it for her.....oh yeah, didn't you say that you are too broke to GIVE IT BACK. I'd think that you'd be too broke to NOT GIVE IT BACK, taking into account the damage that the hog will reign down on your personal possessions. It'll cost more to repair what she'll possibly do, in deductibles or flat out cash, than what she's asking for. Stop eating McDonald's two times a week and in a month you'll have the jack needed for the replacement CD Player. lol
