What sub?

I want to run two 12s (have 4-5 cubes) and I want it to sound good... but be loud enough to impress people. I won't compete with it...

I already have my Kicker ZX1500.1... birthsheet is ~1550... so 775 watts/sub at 2 ohms. I want to wire the subs to 2 ohms... so dual 2s, single 4s, etc.

Q would be nice, but I'd be under powering each by 200+ watts... and someone told me the RL-p's won't make me happy.

I understand that,Install install install!

x 2 ... and how do the Kicker's not sound good. If you install it right and put them in the right box for want you want, not only the Kicker's but almost EVERYTHING will sound good

The statement I bolded above is IMHO incorrect, The SS Rlp is a great SQL sub and cant be beat by many for the price.

Two words... Resonant Engineering.

L7s?? I'm sorry, but they are and have never been known to be a SQ sub. I have heard them in many setups, and yes they get louder than holy heck, but they have always sounded sloppy to me. If rap/hip hop is your type of music, then the L7s are your ticket for sure.

If you want real detail in your subs, RE SE or SX for sure. And yes, they also get hellaciously loud.

Meh. Never heard of them.
