im thinking of getting an 800w amp from a mate. but i was lookin at an 800w sub... now the guy at the shop said that the amp should be bigger than the sub. So i was thinking of getting 2 300w... what should i do???

the amp im looking at is 2nd hand... kenwood model kac-7201. I've been looking at a kenwood 800w sub model kfcw3009

That amplifier and subwoofer model will work well together, bridge the amp to the subwoofer and you will be ready to rock.
