What Sub Should I get for Audi A4?

Doesnt seem to have a ss filter, and if your getting an SA sundown subs can get low and with a ported box you might run into problems, just dont play any music that has low bass notes and youll be fine, its a good amp though will do the power stated.
Im getting it professionally tuned and everything so I'm sure my shop will know how to handle tuning needed

There is no "professionally tuning needed" and chances are the shop wont even do it right, that amp is a good amp it lets you know when to back your gain down and such. Theres nothing the shop can do to prevent the sub from being damaged from playing to low

Also the lower you tune on your ported box, the less likely you'll come across unloading problems with the lows. Will really depend on how important lows are to you when listening to music. Some rap has a lot of lows so you gotta make a compromise of whether you need an adjustable SS filter or not. Since you already bought the amp, then you gotta be careful with your music selection or just tune lower on the box and not worry about it.

Sub just came in, holy cow shes a beast. Amp comes in later today than next week I'll get installed, too busy with work to leave my car at the shop. I'll post a vid afterwards just so you guys can see and hear everything

idk why but i felt like it was you guys helping my build my system again! "get a box from stang", "go with Sundowns" (should have listened in the first place), and get the JBL GTO ahha!

Hey guys,

so for last week and half the sub has been slamming really good and impressing a lot of my friends. From a bump sesh last night I notcieded a different distinct rattle from the back, so when I stopped I got out to check it and it sounded like a peddble was stuck or rattlining inside the dust cap area even when on low volume this rattle was there, but the sub still hits. So I didnt know if I blew the sub or if it was a loose cap or what. Took it in today and the guy said blown forsure without even taking the sub out or box. I bought the SA 12 with 2 year warranty online, sending it back will this be under warranty? Also what caused it to blow? My amp or too much volume or power to it? Need some advice guys thanks

Also my amp settings were nothing crazy, no bass boost, gain maybe a hair past min, and I know the shop had a hi low on there as well.
