What should my next car be?

I'm just wondering how your banking on this job so hard you still have a temporary fire at will period to make it through and those are rather strict and hard to get through and in this economy it's always last hired first fired remember that before you get into car payments mine where a real b*tch for three years(paid off early to lower insurance)thats 320 a month+160 ins. and on tight months it will hurt.

not trying to piss on your parade but the real world sucks man and I have a wife and two kids that I have to work my *** off for every day and a car payment was the dumbest thing I could have done and I was a foreman at the same place for 6yrs and then bam gone got to go find something else and if I had a car payment they would have had the repo man at my door. If you just wait a little while feel out this job and then between you and your girl save like crazy you will be able to BUY OUTRIGHT a nice *** car and it will be yours no leans no full coverage just yours think about it!

Just change the 2004 to 2003 and get a V8 E39. Gets me about 20MPG and is quite fast. Comfortable? hell yeah.

Was thinking about that or an M3, but the ones in my price range have too many miles on them unfortunately.

No thanks, too big, bad gas mileage with the v8, too slow with the M90 charged v6, too common, and automatic.

you onbviously know nothing about the gtp's.

they never came with v8's, and stock eaton charged 3.8 does mid 14's stock.

look into a g35. some come with the option of awd and have just about all the comforts of a lexus is 300. car should be able to easily a low 14 if not break a 13 stock with the manuel *****. just a word of advice from someone your age. wait until you starting working full time to see exactly what your income will be and not asume what it will be. also its better to waste your money with your friends and being stuck paying for more bills. but good luck in finding a car

He was referring to the GXP I mentioned which did have a V8. But still not slow by any means.

This is what I was getting at too. If you just save your money and buy a car straight up you will end up saving a lot of money because you won't have to finance it and insurance will be less. And as stated, car payments ****. With my car payments and insurance I'm paying around $500 a month just for my car, and then there's gas and maintenance too. If I could go back and keep my old car and just put a little money into fixing it up a bit I would have. I'm almost done paying off my car and I don't plan on financing another one at all.

A 3 does not feel that comfy. Search harder bro, I got my 02 540i with 48k on it and a 98 honda accord lesser than your budget. Did I mention it's a 6 speed manual with the M package //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif.

He said a GTP or GXP, the GXP did come with a V8. I already have a car with an M90, and although I love the whine, it hurts gas mileage, and I dont think I would like a FWD car with the torque that my car has.

My girlfriends mom and stepdad both did exactly what we will be doing before they got promoted, so they told us exactly what we will be making. Also, a G35 was another one I was considering for sure....

One serious advice though as you're 19. If you can put away $400 a month for a car you can easily put $100 in to a mutual fund. Start investing, you'll be surprised.
