If you really want to begin the process of building a decent audio system, you need to start with a nice head, component system and amplifiers. Subwoofers are, arguably, the least important aspect.
What type of vehicle do you drive? Do you really just want a couple entry level subs and an entry level amplifier, or do you want a well rounded/good sounding stereo? Do you really think these "bass packages" are going to keep you satisfied? Can you honestly afford to take the hobby remotely seriously (it isn't cheap by any means)? If you aren't rolling in money, are you willing to work towards a long term goal piece by piece?
And the most important question of all. How much money ya got?

Well I would start with somthing elese but this is a present to me from a friend and he gave me an optio of these 3....

If your friend is going to give you a present, why does it have to be those particular packages? Why not set a price and say "Hey, man. This is what you've got to work with."?
For $250 you could have yourself a nice head, pair of component speakers or amplifier. I'd suggest buying any of those things as opposed to purchasing these entry level bass packages that you'll almost definitely be disappointed by in short order.
If you're dead set on purchasing subwoofers with this $250, you could do much better than the crap offered in these packages. You could pick up a pair of SSA Dcon or Incriminator 187 12"s with that money. OR, you could purchase a single subwoofer that's a little beefier. Something like a 12" SSA Icon.

after talking to my friend he agreed to the icrininators or the ssa or whatever subs i want he also told me that he will pay for the amplifier he said somthing like monoblock for deep bass? whats a good sugestion for an amp if i have at most 125~150$ to spend on it
just look on the internet and buy a mtx rtp212....its a all in one setup...two 12's, box and amp...best bet for you and in your price range

so that mtx is better then the ones i listed?
it looks pretty similar to the mtx terminator i posted.
and if i were to just go with the buying the subs/amp/box separately what amp is a good started amp (mono block i think is what my friend said).

I like how you say you "have" the money to start this hobby but your friend is buying you this stuff and you only have $125-150 for an amp. If you want a decent complete audio system. Your looking at 1k.
