What do you drive and how many MPG do you get?

2005 bmw 745Li- 18mpg avg

1998 jeep grand cherokee 5.9L- 10mpg (sounds too **** cool to keep off the pedal)

1995 civic ex coupe- 32mpg avg (nice little errand car plus 5spd is fun)

5.9 '00 Durango

11 city, 16-18 highway //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

And that's if I drive like my grandma.

Right? That 5.9 with no cats + a new muffler sounds so sweet, its tough to not keep off the pedel.

Gets expensive after a bit tho.

my ram gets abou t 18 in town, 20 freeway.lexus, about the same!

subaru, about the same, maybe a bit more on the highway.

talon, 22 city, 27 hiway.

Unbelievable. I bought a Dakota instead of a Ram partly for fuel mileage, partly due to a 3000 dollar price difference. It never ceases to irk me to hear that I do about the same as, and in some cases worse than, alot of Rams.

04 Dakota Quad Cab 4x4, 4.7 V8.

Alpine CDA 9883

Pionier Premier Sub in custom box run by soundstream Rubicon Lil Wonder

Eclipse SC 8362 front comps

Infinity rear coaxials.

Eclipse EA4200 for door speakers.

Intake, Exhaust, bunch of other weight-adding goodies.

I'm averaging mid to high 14s most of the time, high 12s or 13s in the city, high 15 on the highway. I've seen as low as 12 during really cold winters. The best ever was high 18s on a long highway road trip with cruise set at 56 mph while treating the gas pedal like there was an egg under it. Second best was high 17s with the cruise at 65 coming back home.

Won't be trading it anytime soon despite gas prices because I like pickups and its paid for and well cared for. Conserving is nice but I think people who trade guzzlers for a financed newer car and take on another 3-5 years of higher payments to save 1-200 bucks per month on gas and then go on about how much money they're saving in the long run are financially dumb.

My daily is a new 08 scion xd, logging 38mpg average with 90% freeway use. LOVE the car & do not mind filling up anymore. Has plenty of passing power if you drop a gear.

03 VW GTI 5 speed 1.8T

StageII Water/Meth injection, run 104octane APR race programming daily(with water meth kit)

EO5b turbo upgrade ect....to much to list

40-42 mpg highway

not sure what it gets in the city
