What capacitors should I use???

Hello everyone,

wanted to see if someone could give me the process on how build my own high pass filter I need to cut at 4 k and bellow driving a OWIII tweeter. Also if you can comment on whether it is worth spending money on some Jentz silver capacitors? If someone has had any experience directly with this I would greatly appreciate any input! Thanks in advance!
