Weird problem on 1 channel

Well I've troubleshot the amp to the best of my abilities and have run out of ideas.

The problem is my RL/RR channel seems to very low and distored. The rest of the channels are running just find just the 1 channel is off.

I'm running a US AMPS AX-5600 amp. And I've tried to use my ipod as a second source and I get the same thing. So I'm pretty sure it's the amp.

I'm a technician by trade so fixing things isn't difficult I just have no idea where to look.
