Which 4 Channel

Eclipse XA4000 or Jblpx300.4

I can get the Eclipse for about 180.00 and the Jbl for 250.00

Specs look similar but is the JBL worth 70 bucks more,only thing about the eclipse is the xovers doesn't have full range,will this make a huge difference?
