alot of the weight i have lost is muscle. i'm not loosing as much fat as i would like. when i loose all this weight, i wanna try to avoid having all kinds of loose hanging skinbut haven't you been losing a lot of weight?
Yep Id like to stay the same weight, just be cut.and itll help add muscle, not fat. muscle = good, fat = bad lol.
that's what i'm tryin to do, i'm 6'1 170 pounds then i look in the mirror and it looks like i'm 130 somethin, i don't have alot of fat on my body either, i have 15% body fat last checked.Yep Id like to stay the same weight, just be cut.
it will add WEIGHT but not FATi lost 55 lbs already but people are recommending creatine saying it'll add weight and that is not what i wanna do
do they have freeweights? thats pretty much all i use.well i bought my punch card today and take a tour tuesday. it doesn't look like they have a lot of equipment, but he is suppose to show me how to use every machine, and what muscles they work.
yea, not sure how many. i like the machines cause i always seem to have poor posture with free weights. the machines help me keep better posturedo they have freeweights? thats pretty much all i use.
I started early October this year and i weighed 140 at the time then i'd lift with heavy weights, do 7 reps with those till i hit muscle failure, had protein shakes almost everyday, used creatine WHILE workinout man that really put some gains on me in the next couple months, then this month the weight and muscle gains finally started happening alittle over 2 weeks ago, guess my body finally got used to the 2000-3000 calories a day and had to put up with it and the 6 meals a day every 3 hours. now i'm 170 and feel alot better about myself then i did when i was a skinny 140 with no muscle tone.im about 6'2 and i really started working out back in july 4-5 times a week, and ive stuck with it until now. i've actually lost a lot of fat, but i've bulked up to about 225. everything has increased weight wise, my bench has shot up over 100 pounds what it use to be, squat has doubled, my arms have grown 2 inches. i didn't really watch my diet too bad either, just didn't eat 30 pizzas a day. it seems like i can eat what i want now my metabolism is so fast now. but once you get in the gym and keep the intinsity level high, you'll see fast gains.
