To answer the additional question and questions in the most recent posts.

NO Explode really is not that effective. NO2 is bullshit, it is just Arginine which is found in protein. You might feel a bit more pumped, but it has no direct effect on your strength.

Many people say NO2 is bullshit / is a placebo effect, but I personally hate working out without it. It may be bullshit, it may not be bullshit, but the sustained energy I get from taking it, combined with all the added ingredients in the proprietary blends, such as amino acids, creatine, glutamine, protein, etc. all make it worthwhile for me. there are many articles supporting both sides of the argument, you can google and find them easily.

by the way, use a REAL N.O. product and you may think differently. I have never gotten a pump from NO Xplode. Try Gaspari Nutritions Superpump 250, VPXs NO Shotgun, or Universal Nutritions Shock Therapy, among many others. I have also read that Muscletechs new NanoX9 is extremly effective, though I have never used it before, but it iss in pill form for convenience.

any updates on peoples workout sessions? haven't been going asmuch due to holidays but was back at it today with a force. ordered up some proprietery blens/creatine so should start getting into it next week.

try ll cool j's workout in the current issue of mens health. also, i found something interesting on t-nation.com. it's called 'meltdown' and it seemed to work for alotta people. just go on the site and do a search for it.

well i go to the gym twice a week. start with 10 minutes cardio then do a shoulder press, leg extensions, torso rotation 20 reps each, 3 sets. then do fly's, leg curls, low back extensions, 20 reps each, 3 sets. then do chest press, leg press, lat pulldown, 20 reps each, 3 sets, then do some ab workouts, then 10 minutes of cardio
