want to build: 8" monster 3" coil.

i have a 2002 memphis mojo motor, and i want to build this beast into an 8" woofer, i have a feeling why this hasn't been done before is the basically excursion limits due to the perameters of a standard basket, but can anyone recone with a modified to fit JL 8W7 basket? if not can this be done the motor had a standard bolt patern.

lmk money in the bank tommorow, i want a basket that will make things happen. and possibly a builder for it.

The problem is the spider would be so small that you cant get enough excursion with a 3" coil.

From what I understand, it's not the basket that is the problem, it is the spider being too small with a 3" coil. No stretch in it.
