Wait time on a Fi BTL sub...

According to the forums it's a 3-5 day build time for a BTL. The sub is shipping out of Nevada which is right next to Arizona which means transist time will be 2 days max.

I ordered my 18" Fully Loaded Fi BTL sub on 1/16/07 and still have not recieved it. I wouldn't make that big of deal about not getting it yet, but I have a friends wedding to attend that would require me to leave at 4pm today and I would not be back home till Sunday night. I'd hate to have the sub sitting outside of my house 2 full days,

I've sent sales@ficaraudio.com a email yesterday morning asking them for a status, but have not recieved any info yet. Does anyone have a better way to contact the company, I just wanted to know if they were finished building it or not and if they shipped it out so I can plan accordingly for this weekend.

Think I will recieve this sub today, if so I'll skip my friends wedding and finish my box this weekend?

Just because ur next to it Vegas doesn't mean it'll only take 2 days max. It's a probablility, but UPS ground can take up to 8 days. Also you have to put into consideration that they just released the BL series which had a bunch of orders they had to build. Scott should get back to u though, when I ordered mine the computer didn't send me the tracking information he had to do it manualy

I work for one of the largest global logistics companys in the world and I've asked 4 of the guys that work in our NAT (North American Transport) department that deal with time sensitive freight and they all said it would be a max of 2 days. Where did you get your info from?

It's the actual interval for UPS Ground. That's the estimated delivery days 3-8 days. And plus have u posted in there official forums? I remember seeing a sticky on there forums informing customers about products. Maybe instead of ranting over here, your chances of getting support over at the official fi forum is high.

I'm not "ranting" do you see me bashing Fi anyhwere or writing in a angry or violent manner? All I wanted is an opinion from people that have had BTL's shipped to them. From Fi's official forum they have a post about this topic. It says please do not email us asking "where is my sub, it was supposed to be shipped last week". Fi said that because the day that you order the sub you get an email shown below that gives you a Scheduled Delivery time and people don't take the time to read the entire email and think that it's coming on the day that it says in the email which it is not true, I have highlighted the part of the eamil that many people miss, which is why Fi made the post that they did ...

As I said this post was only to get opinions from people who have ordered BTL's to see if the build time actually goes past the 3-5 day mark which is posted on the Fi forums. I have no problem if it is past the 5 day mark I was just trying to plan accordingly so I don't have a $500 sub sitting at my front door for 2 days while Im away.

I really like what Scott is doing at Fi and have read nothing but great stuff about him and his subs, that's why I decided to order a BTL.

*edit* FYI I verified with my guys in NAT and they get ups ground freight almost every day from Vegas and it takes 2 days to get here.

so...you have a tracking number and your asking where your sub is?

If ups hasn't picked it up, it hasn't been scanned and it is not finished yet.

When the tracking number shows movement, it has left the shipping dock.

Oh cool, so your saying once UPS recieves the shipment the page will update and display normal information like where the sub currently is located at, etc. ... right?

Can someone that's ordered from Fi verify that the tracking number status they gave you changed?

So they are still building it according to this right?

I had a shipment that had billing information recieved for 2 weeks before it actually updated to the product shipping, freaking gay @ss company, never buying from them again
