Well what the fudgecicles???? Now my service engine light came on and is throwing a low rpm code >:O

My friend had this issue a few months ago on a Nissan versatile it was his fuel regulator pump.. It drove ok but idled real bad and would die unless he sat Erving in neutral at lights

**** my car lol. the voltage is good now, (14.4-5) but the car either under idles (4-500 rpms) and the engine sounds like it is gonna die, or it goes up to 2000 rpms at idle.

sounds like it could possibly be a motor mount too bro... you getting any hard vibrations at idle?

Upgrading power, ground, and alternator cables did NOT cause your issues.

try a smaller pulley, or if the alt is too strong for the engine, a larger one will let the timing belt move it easier

sounds like it could possibly be a motor mount too bro... you getting any hard vibrations at idle?

eh not really. the motor bounces up and down when the idle is low (kinda like when the steering wheel bounces on a low note), same effect. and when it is up high, it just sounds liek my foot is on the gas. let me restate that none of this happened till the big 3. i even disconnected all the wires to see if it changed. it did not.

update on this bish: it revs at 2000 rpms at idle when moving, and 4-500 at idle when stopped...lol

Just coincidence or u bumped something doing the big 3 but if u took the wires off and still does it then it's obviously not wore related lol it's motor.. But it can't be the engine bcuz it would **** at high rpms worse than low.. Which leads u to fuel.. It's not being regulated at idle it's choking it hence the bogging out.. I'd bet 100 on fuel related and 1000 that it's something fuel related

Go to your local car shop have em check it out.. Personally I think it's fuel related usually bogging out is fuel or lose of a cylinder but if your exceleratinh ok I say fuel but who knows until u take it in.
