Type-R or L7

I can't get kicker's tech page to work....
But IIRC the Type R has more excursion and just as much if not more cone area, which means they have the potential to be louder.
the Sd on the L7 10" is 0.0439 and Xmax of 13.20mm, a sensitivity of 85.6

But Type R is the brand of the week........so it has to be louder... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Then yeah....the 12" Type R has more displacment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

480cm^2 Sd and 18mm Xmax.

And a sensitivity of 85db //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Type R's have the potential to be ~3db louder here, since we're talking sealed enclosures.
