Tryin to get big..just started lifting. Any advice?

take plenty of roids and work out alot,only bad thing is your wang will shrink they say.lol

your wang shrinks a lil, but your balls turn to lil marbles.. trust me i know a lot of guys on em.. and if anyone here has been on any top level teams.. the shower room isn't a shy room.. guys are always swingin thir junk around and takleing each other in the 40+ guys at once shower rooms.. its a sad sad truth to all of our professional sports. I stayed clear as much as possible.. but its more of a brother thing than some gay $hit

 
lifting weights is gay.......

go train a martial art and you will get stronger, feel stronger, and learn something very useful at the same time.

y get buff if its only for looks?

 
DONT DO ANY SUPPLEMENTS.. I'VE PLAYED DIVISION I FOOTBALL AND SEMI-PRO... BEEN TRAINED BY MANY NFL TRAINERS.... I CAN USUALLY OUT ARMWRESTLE ANY HUGE LOOKING SUPPLEMENT PUMPING WHIMPS OUT THERE B/C I WENT ALL NATURAL.. TAKE JERRY RICE and MARVIN HARRISON FOR EXAMPLE.. STILL TRUCK"N AT OLD AGE.. ALL NATURAL .... supplements will just give you looks and then turn to fat. It gives you short term strength. I haven't lifted for like 1 yr now, and still go into the gym at just a small decline on weight. let a supplement guy do that.. he'd be starting all over.

The only tips you need.
#1-Eat right. Lean protein, good carbs, proper macros to your weight.

#2-DONT get information on caraudio.com. Go to bodybuilding.com or anabolicminds.com and read, read, read. There are hundreds of these very threads on boards with people who spend all day talking about lifting instead of subwoofers.

#3-Dont go overboard on supplements, especially in the beginning. Use the basic whey, multi, fish oil, creatine at first. If you stick with it look further. Always research anything you take.

ike i said I've been lifting three times a day and along with two practices for almost 7 years.

all you do is talk $hit to people you know nothing about, and ya three times a day is what 2/3 of all Division I football teams do Dum****. We wake up and lift for 30 min before practice 6:00-6:30 practice for 1hour 6:30-7:30..(no pads morning practice) most of us didn't even get to shower before class.. . which usually started at 8 .. oh then after lunch a 30 min plyos and uperbody workout... oh wait then a 1 hour lift again before practice. .. wow thats three.. mind you the second practice was 3 hours long. oh and don't forget to report your weekly grades to the coaches via signed sheet, b/c if ya miss the turn in time on friday.. ya get what they called dawn patrol.. which consisted of stadiums 30 min straigt no water breakes before the moring lift.. ya get to see the sun come up..

Next time you pu$$ @ss punks wanna talk $hit about things you know nothin about.. please check out some real stats before you go to blabbin. P.S. I also played semi-pro as CAPTAIN for Brazil and won 1st place in the Mid-west major leage football oh and got runner up the next season .. we lost to the Indianapolis Dragons.

You are right.I know nothing at all about working out and/or hunting.

Yet I attained a bench press of 365lbs at the age of 19yrs and 196lb bodyweight. Squatting around 440 at that time. No idea on the deadlift.

I have killed so many deer I can't even count them. Yet, I never talk trash about hunting or how good I am. I let my mounts/horns speak for themselves. Oh, did I mention that 75% of my hunting is done on public land? As far as turkey? I missed my grand slam this past Spring in Florida. Started when I was 15, and currently have 17 birds to my name in 3 states. 17 birds in 5 seasons..Not bad if you ask me. Oh yeah. And people could dunk all over me in basketball. I am 5'7" and absolutely hate that sport. lawlz.
