heh...your about as wrong as can be. you cannot say that all supplements are bad.DONT DO ANY SUPPLEMENTS.. I'VE PLAYED DIVISION I FOOTBALL AND SEMI-PRO... BEEN TRAINED BY MANY NFL TRAINERS.... I CAN USUALLY OUT ARMWRESTLE ANY HUGE LOOKING SUPPLEMENT PUMPING WHIMPS OUT THERE B/C I WENT ALL NATURAL.. TAKE JERRY RICE and MARVIN HARRISON FOR EXAMPLE.. STILL TRUCK"N AT OLD AGE.. ALL NATURAL .... supplements will just give you looks and then turn to fat. It gives you short term strength. I haven't lifted for like 1 yr now, and still go into the gym at just a small decline on weight. let a supplement guy do that.. he'd be starting all over.
