Yota im in the same boat as you. I just started working out. I just cant get myself to eat all of that great. I have cut back on alot of soda. from 4/5 cans a day to just 1/2 a day. the rest water. I could be doing my work out all wrong but ill learn I guess.
Here is my routine... For now.
Tread mill for 1 mile before work out,
do regular bench press, curls, and shrugs.
do situps while i "rest"
incline bench press, hammer curls, the thing were you push weights above your head with both hands.
Do situps while "rest"
decline bench press, Rotateing hammer curls, and with both hands I hold a weight above my head and lift it.
Do situps while rest
Run anouther mile on tread mill.
I probally messed up on what you call the work outs but oh wells. When I get home I usally drink a protein shake and call it a day.
Like I said I could be doing this all wrong maybe ill get some insight from some one who nows whats up.
I havnt gotten to a routine for a leg work out... yet.
