Tryin to get big..just started lifting. Any advice?

Why take martial arts if you're a scrawny 150lb bastard?
Why not??? I would much rather have done something like that before I started lifting.

Never was a big fan of any kind of "classes", so I just box... been amateur boxing about 2 years now.

I was in martial arts for 8 years...Im not getting back into it.
Which did you learn???

I want to learn Kove's master training strategy that involves eating donuts for breakfast and being able to whoop Kimbo's ***.
That's right if I remember correctly, Kove said he could knock Kimbo

out cold with 7 kicks to the legs.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Im working out at the Civic Center btw..to whoever it was that asked. Its a local gym for Gallatin. With these supliments, am I gonna have to eat RIGHT for ANY of them to work, or is that only on some?

Just eat good and exercise, thats it pretty much. Don't get on any supplements, I find they don't really work, unless its protein/creatine. The hardest part is dedication. You have to really want it.

Say it with me....

Beefcake, now you....

BEEFCAKE.....

BEEEEEEEEEEEFCAAAAAAAKE!!!

PS - to whoever said 150 pounds is scrawny, I have to disagree (now that also depends on your height). I was 115 pounds last year, I went up to 176, and cut to around 155 now. I'm stronger than a lot of my 200 pound friends. I can rep 225 on the bench a few times no problem and squat well over 300, which might not seem like much, but remember, kind of like cars, power to weight ratio. haha

You went from 115 to 176?

Roids much?

Not one bit. All natural, just a shitton of protein shakes and a TON of food. I can't say when I was 176 that my bodyfat % was too good though. Thats why I cut down to 155 and I'm now a bit stronger than I was at 176. lol

I would never touch that stuff. I'm in Pharmacy school and I know way too much about what that would do to my body to want to mess it up so willingly.
