treo sub's

$750 for 18" SSX quoted by Treo's dealer in myrtle beach, $650 for 15" SSX. You can probably find it less some other places though. Tech support guys said SSX is built for daily driving applications.

I currently have a csx 18" that is doing nothing. But I did run it for a while and must say that it did get nasty loud but also sounded decent (for a spl sub anyway). It is rated at 1200 rms but easily took 2500 and could have taken more. I have pics on my sd page and it is for sale if anyone is interested. As for a dd they can be used if you know what you are doing. Mine ran fine off of the 2500 and sounded better than my re hc I used to have. Anyway here are some pics

If your CSX has the vent, then it should be fine for daily. If not, it wasn't built with daily driving in mind //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yeah the MT uses basket venting which is much more effective at getting to the coil....

But the CSX's without the pole vent have no cooling whatsoever. So, like you said, it helps out.
