Sub advice on low budget

I just wanted to hear thoughts on a sub. I am looking for a 10" 2ohm overall sub so most likely a dvc 4ohm.

I am considering this sub to replace my stolen Boston Acoustics Pro 10.5. I will be placing it in a .66cu ft sealed enclosure and powering it with a 300watt rms mono amp.

Right now, i am leaning towards a Diamond M3 or M6MKII sub. My other considerations are the Infinity Kappa Perfect, the Eclipse aluminum series, the Image Dynamics subs the IDQ V2, and the Elemental Design K series.

have any recommendations? The diamond M3 is the cheapest at 89 bucks. Here are the prices

M3-$89

M6-$150

Eclipse-$200

Infinity $150

Image Dynamics $140

Elemental Design- $115

Thoughts? I listen to a variety of music, and like more SQ than SPL.

how about another boston? I heard the pros once and I must say they are someof the most impressing subs I have ever heard.

yeah, id go shiva for the price.

also may whant to consider the pioneer TS-W1500SPL (10") or the 2000spl (12") for the price(around a hundred for the 12" and around 90 for the ten) these things slam, there extremely loud/nice woofers for the price.

Hmm, i am not familiar with the Pioneer lineup...i never knew that they made good subs.

I would love to find another Boston Pro, but they are now discontinued and they didn;t make Dual voice coils setups. I have searched EBay, and they only have 4 ohm or 8 ohm setups, or 12"subs. I also looked at their new lineup, and it is much more money for the G5 series than even an IDMax.

Out of my choices, what would you choose if it were your money?

I have an m6 and I have heard my friends cm3's so those are the only ones I can commment on. Unless you want to get a new amp, don't get the m6. It needs a lot more than 300w to really sound good. Your amp could easily run the cm3, but unless you really want to save some cash I'd go for something else. Granted, the cm3 is an awesome sub for the price, but since you are running a single 10" sub setup I would say you might want a sub that is a little more superior as far as output.
