I feel you on learning the limits of stuff....6 spiders might as well go 8 lol.....my 9500's come stock with 8 spiders. Resin on back of cone or what???

Different types of spiders. DD's are linear while DC's are progressive. Just watching the 2 subs play in the same box is quite inciteful.

Starting over with new subs and learning thier limits hampered me to see the goal this yr. So I still have to complete this goal next yr. 150+ Bassrace with a pr. of 10's:

the single amp is probably the better option.

on top of that, the 2 ft^3 will be very nice, but for as much power as you have, i bet youl;l be going smaller once its all said and done.

Oh I know they are different spiders and Im sure Rusty use a good bit stiff spider than dd does.DD sets theirs up with more spiders more for wear over time rather than stiff for burps.DD says they have tried to use progressive but that they sag over time. Good luck I know it wont be easy bass racing 150 with 2 10's in a trunk. By the way imma guess your getting a big power amp but in a rather small package???
