Hey all im setting up another system in my '96 T/A and i need some advice. Heres what im running:
polk 6.5 components up front, ex 3560 i believe
6.5 fosgates in the rear seat
5.25 sony's in the rear
2 diamond audio 12D4 CM3's
800a2 fosgate, 2 channel powering subs now.
501x fosgate , 4 channel powering highs and mids now.
un-used but hooked up PPI PC2300
i just got in a pair of kicker RMB8's 8" single 4 ohm mid-bass speakers
I need to know how i should hook this all up, i blew one of my fosgates, so im replacing the middle rears with the 8" mid's. Should i maybe run them to that PPI with it turned all the way down? Im not sure. Also if i hooked up 2 more 12's and got a 1100a2 would it be possible to power all 4 efficiently off that amp considering the subs would be D4's? The two twelves now are in the far rear facing forward and if i added 2 more i would point them at the 2 existing 12's and reverse the polarity on the 2 new ones...is that a good thing to do? it seemed t work when i had 4 tens but i dont know. I just want to most sound out of this system mostly in the area of bass, i would really only like to add 2 more 12's and preferable the same brand and such so i could run all them off the same amp.
Let me know what you guys think, please only reply if you know your sh!t, no offense i just dont really like stupid people.
p.s. i've got a new jensen 600 watt 4 chanel with remote bass boost i can use also, it is a good amp, though it is jensen. Thanks again!
