system for metal and industrial

Basically, I want a cheap yet good system perfect for the type of music I like. I like industrial, 80's music(new wave, darkwave), Japanese Rock, heavy metal, Japanese pop, synthpop. I have some small knowledge on brands, and the stuff you'd need. (Amp, subwoofers, subwoofer wooden cases, head unit, speakers, wire kit) I'm not looking into replacing the head unit. I have a decent CD player. I'd probably be wise to replace the stock speakers. In addition to that, obviously I’d be getting an amp, subwoofer, and the needed wires.

So keeping it cheap with name brands that’s are proven to be good, what are some pieces of equipment to complete a system that would make the most out of the type of music I like. I obviously want to be able to hear the vocals far away from my car, and bass from the subwoofer does go in unison with industrial and synth. Loud blasting music is my friend indeed.

Suggestions?

so if i'm reading it correct... that's 1 subwoofer with a portedenclosure, and replacement stock speakers, and an amp .. Whatever for cheap. i could probably find those two things, but if you happen to check back, links?

also, to bump this sort of (not really because I was replying) but when anyone else replies with your recommendations, include links please //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif we're working with a 94/95 ford t-bird by the way.

Low tuned box = BAD for metal

In my experience, a small sealed box will pwn just about any ported enclosure when listening to metal, unless you really know what you're doing.

Also, AA ran out of Atlas 12s (The inexpensive XBL^2 ones) so if wants the discount he'll need the 15 or an Avanlache 12.

i still don't know what to get.

amp..no idea.

encloser... one person says ported. and one says sealed. how would a sealed vs. ported enclouse work with metal, industrical(electronic),eurobrat(ddr type),and jpop?

subwoofer..still checking.

stock speaker's.. should they be replaced?

if low tuning for it is bad.. what would better fit those types of music.

I was randomly looking at circuit city. What if I got.. say... 2 Infinity 12" Subwoofer (1230W) for 54 dollars each. And MTX Dual 12" Subwoofer Enclosure (BS212S) sealed design for $69.99 And a Sony 2-Channel Amplifier (XM2200GTX) for 152 dollars. Wiring kit also.

..How would that suit my metal and electronica needs? Keeping stock speakers, and CD-player.

no

How about

2 diamond audio subs

a diamond audio amp to match

uh and good comp set like I dont know search through the speaker section

and an alpine head unit

a custom built enclosure

Let's say you got 2 GOOD 12's and a good amp and built your own enclosure and replaced you stock speakers and head unit.
let's say that i'm not gonna replace my head unit, and probably wont replace the stock speakers. and let's also say you tell me 2 good 12's to buy with a link, and a good amp to buy with a link. that's as cheap as possible. and i can't build enclousers. and what is a better choice... ported or sealed.
