System choices for an Integra?

Yeah, another guy posted on another forum the same thing. I went for the money back, as I had no real use for them. At $50.00 it was a steal, and worth sitting in my garage for awhile. $90.00 is GREAT, but just not enough for me to justify buying something I absolutely don't need.

For you though, you found a real bargain. Congratulations!! You'll be very happy with them. Now for a 2 channel amp for them.

I'm still trying to get you everything within your budget. So bear with me.

Check this out. This is a great deal. As long as the guy has references, and is willing to offer a non-doa, then go for it.

That would allow you to buy just a 4 channel amp to run everything.

anyways if you still want a sub to handle the lows that doesnt need much room, try this one. the box only needs to be big enough to mount the sub in it basically.
Which sub? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I can vouch for the Assassin... it's what I use in my car. Great subs and well worth the money. Find a little mono/bridged amp in the 250-400W RMS @ 4 Ohms range and it'd be a very nice sounding budget sub stage.

How about these, instead of the 2-ways in the back?

Kicker SSMB6

I know they are not flow blown subwoofers, but more like mini-woofers. If I lowpass them on the amp wouldn't they sound pretty decent?

Also what gauge do I need? I picked 4 because sonicelectronix said it was rated from 400-1000 watts. I would also not want to solder, I am looking for something to crimp.

This is what was in the original configuration

As soon as I hear back from you guys on these two items I will pull the trigger and buy the amp and accessories. If there is anything else I need before I begin let me know.

1. Those SSMB6's are not mini sub woofers, they are 6" midrange, nothing more. They will not even come close to being a suitable replacement for a dedicated sub stage.

If you want to get very small sub(s), check out the Tang Band 6.5" subs over at partsexpress.com. There's also the TB 8" subs (also available with a neo-mag motor).

2. This guide may offer some assistance for selecting the proper wire gauge.

Thank you once again,

The Dynamat is $12.99 but that is only for the front door speakers. Here is the link.

I haven't compared to secondskin or RAAmat maybe those would be a better choice?
