Door speakers for a Cavalier

I'm going to start off by saying that I don't know much about car audio, and I don't need amazing sound quality.

I was thinking about upgrading the speakers on my 95 Cavalier(coupe). I have $50 in Best Buy gift certificates, and they're having a sale on car audio. I have a pioneer head unit, so I was planning on buy some Pioneer speakers also. I was looking at a 2 way pair, or a 3 way pair. Which ones would you recommend? Would I need to upgrade the rear speakers too?
