I am at a loss then.
I did this and it still sounds the sameIt's just weird that all the sound is muffled or quiet. Is the att. button pushed? Touch the Mute/ATT button and go through the selections and select OFF.
Turn the Subsonic all the way to the left, turn the LPF all the way up. Does that help?
How's it sound in free air, out of the enclosure?
Do you think if I had the amp wired up and on without a subwoofer connected would that mess it up. I also didn’t disconnect the negative from my battery when I was connecting my amp and I’m starting to think that doing that messed up the ampTurn the Subsonic all the way to the left, turn the LPF all the way up. I don't know... you said the other amp is quiet too right? That makes me think the head unit may be at fault. I must head off to work now.Do you think if I had the amp wired up and on without a subwoofer connected would that mess it up. No this is my first amp that I install for the subwoofer. I didn’t have a previous amp.I don't know... you said the other amp is quiet too right? That makes me think the head unit may be at fault. I must head off to work now.
It doesn’t give me the option to change it to full range it’s only subwooferThere's a setting on that head unit for rear speaker to be set as Full Range or Subwoofer. You may not be wired this way at all, but maybe see if it's set to Full and maybe should be set for sub.
