Hey i can change this
I need to get a sub that only has a max of 600watts. i have a 90amp alt and already have a 360watt amp going for the speakers. So far these have been shown to me

Well i'm not sure what to do, but using only a little like 8" road master tube sucks.

At this point sony would be the best sub to enter my car.lol

As said earlier, max power ratings are a marketing gimmick to grab your attention they have absolutely no bearing whatsoever when it comes to matching a sub to an amp.

When matching a speaker to an amp you want an amplifier that has an RMS rating close to the RMS rating of the speaker you need to power, the ratings do not need to match exactly.

Now you said you have a 360watt rms amplifier so that would mean that you are looking for a subwoofer with an RMS rating in the range of 300 to 400 watts RMS.

This Eclipse subwoofer you listed would perform excelently off of 360 watts RMS (I have owned a pair and loved them, I gave mine 400 watts RMS each)

This exact model you show has dual 4ohm voice coils meaning you can wire it for a 2 or 8 ohm load, this may not be desirable depending on what kind of amp you have, you may need the single 4ohm model (SW7524.4).

What is the brand and model of your amp?.
