Sub Tuning and ohm load questions

First some background info: I am planning on building a box for a 12 inch Shiva. umm iguess thats it

K so the shiva calls for 80-180 Liters fo rthe box volume. I need to know where in there do i pick? Just some random number or how does the size affect teh sound?

Second, tuning the box to a certain frequency means what? If i tune it to 30 hz, will it sound best with sound that hits at 30 hz? does that question even make sense? i thought lower hz=deeper sound

Third, The shiva has dual 8-ohm voice coils.....i dont even know where to begin. I know ohms are resistance but what the hell??? How do i wire the amp optimally? here's the amp im thinkin bout gettin...MA Audio M1889i

Search and read. All of your box questions have been answered many times over.

As for the coils; wire them in parallel for a 4ohm load. Then, find an amp that does the power you need into a 4ohm load.
