sub seized?

hello i have 2 kappa perfects 12.1d on a jbl 1200.1 @ 1.5 ohms and one of my subs are now distorted/seized what couldve caused this any idead/help is appreciated thanks

distorted or it dont work ??? i think the coils inside your subs are gone >> either recone or C ya later aligator >>>

i forgot to screw down one of the terminals on the negative side of the sub so that wire came out from all the bass :\ thats what happened the other sub works fine though which is good looks like one of them is goin back to infinity
