Sub rattling on certain frequencies and getting hot

If i turn my gain down to the point it doesnt do it then my subs are wayy to quiet.

Can you lightly push on the cone of your woofers, without damaging them, and listen for any rubbing or scraping noise, as the sub moves in and out?

You should unmount the subs and play them at low to moderate power outside the box and see if you can identify anything making a noise on the woofers themselves. Something loose or a seem failing in the box may also make strange noises. You are definitely pushing those subs to their limits on 1500W to the pair so yes if you're going hard on them they're probably going to break prematurely. If you're not satisfied when you turn down the volume a click it may be time to build a new box or shop for some different subs that can handle a little more abuse.
