Sub Rattle

Did some new front fire subs under the front seats this weekend. Sounds good. While re-tuning one of my subs under make back seat has a rattle sound, not playing clean. Almost sounds like something is on the sub and rattles, only way to explain it. The other three subs sound great. Any ideas?

are you sure it's not something around it that's rattling when the bass hits?

Nah, box is solid and entire truck dampened......I can touch the sub and change the rattle. Sounds like an old sub with a loose coil cap. 8" Polk Momo

Hah, Polk Momo.....completely enclosed aluminum cone........driving me nuts......sounds rough...vibrating rattle

Spider coming apart from the frame or possibly breaking at tripple-joint. You must remove sub and play it outside to box to see where the noise is coming from.

Thanks, that was pretty much my next move......just seeing if anyone had any ideas
