Sub/Rack enclosure for my Ridgeline

thanks guys

the only gripe i have is with the way the logos are facing. the main reason for this is the amps terminals

the fleece is from Joanne's fabric, cheapest non-printed

the amp will be mounted with screws on all four corners, it's sitting on double 3/4 mdf base so the screws will not protrude into the box

looks really good, i like how it all fits under the seat. as fas as ur gripe you could just put the amp so the logos match and attempt to router out a groove in the rack and run the wires under the amp so the logos match up. any neon going in this? and those are some high quality pictures

Yeah I spotted that pretty quickly.

You could turn the woofers round (obviously?) so that their logos were facing the right way so that would sort that part…

And for the amp you could possibly, maybe remove the old logos, but would probably me impossible to get the brushing to match, and then use vinyl or repaint them on the other way round using a stencil.

Alternatively you could paint the whole of that part of the casing and then put new logos on the other way round.

Black as are now available in the slash range:

Possibly get a replacement cover as a spare part from JL if available so if your not happy you can always go back to the standard one.

Or find a different way of wiring? Amp on blocks?

Just suggestions.

Also what do you (and everybody else) think of JL products? Just im looking into buying some (sorry if im hi-jacking)

you can throw your tools/junk/whatever you would throw in your tuck bed, i wouldnt imagin there will be any problems on a sub box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

the enclosure is finished, subs and amp installed. the bass sounds great for a guesstimated volume, barely noticed any difference from my old rectangle box

im just going to wrap the wiring in split looms
