Sub problems

Ok here we go..I have a JL audio 10W3 Version 2, I have it wired on a 2 ohm load, all pos to pos, all neg to neg. it sounds ok using a Kicker 400.2 mono amp..but..it looks like it is firing backwards, the sub is "pulling" in instead of going out, I have reversed the wires on the sub and have the same problem...What am I missing ???

what do you mean by "pulling" you notice it going in more than out or something, hold your hand in front of it and see if it smacks it, that'll be a good indicator i guess, otherwise, i've never heard of this one......

thats just it...the sub is going in instead of going out...it will never hit my hand !!

I've seen subs, that the coil must be out of the magnetic field, so when playing a sinewave, they will "**** in" and create their own magnetic zero, rather than the mechanical zero, and move back and forth from that spot instead.
