Okay so I had this system in my car before it got into an accident

Alpine 9857 deck

2 10" Alpine Type Es

Alpine 450 v powered amp

System works great until I get into the wreck, one of the subs wont turn on at all and the other one just seems to not hit right... could be that i'm just not used to hearing only a single sub... I had everything taken out at best buy, i asked them to check the subs out because i wasn't sure if there was a problem with them or not.. they said they checked out fine so it must have been an electrical problem in the car.. i just bought a '99 saab 93 a couple days ago and had the deck and amp installed at Bass Zone because best buy didnt have the part for a saab.. anyways, i didn't have the subs with my car when i had the deck and amp installed so i connected them later that night and i am getting the same problem... one of the subs is not turning on, and the other one just doesn't seem to be hitting like it should.. i was messing around with them and ended up killing my battery in the process.. does anyone know what the problem could be, i'm getting really frustrated with this

unhook everything then hook it all back up
what do you mean everything? i've messed around with the cords coming from the amp and going to the subs.. i matched the + - up correctly and only one of the subs works, i've tried switching wires and only that one sub still works
